From Pak Bara Pier, you can go on a day trip to Tarutao Island, Bulon Island, Lipe Island or Khao Yai Island for kayaking excursions or snorkelling excursions

The two main islands, Koh Tarutao and Koh Adang are not touristy, great places for camping or lodging in one of the basic bungalows of the National Park Rangers.  There are many white sandy beaches without a single person.
There is a daily speedboat from Pak Bara to Tarutao between November and May. It is also possible to charter a longtail boat between Pak Bara Pier and Tarutao Island.

There are daily speedboats to Koh Bulon. It is also possible to charter a longtail boat at any time of the day.
